Approximately one year ago, Vital Care Industries (VCI) committed to maintaining stable pricing despite unprecedented tariff increases that significantly impacted the global healthcare supply market. We are proud to have upheld that commitment.
Today, our industry is encountering renewed challenges. Ongoing global conflicts have led to increased freight costs and continued disruptions in sourcing across the supply chain. In response, many suppliers serving hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory care centers have implemented surge pricing measures.
Vital Care Industries has not adopted these measures, nor do we intend to do so.
We reaffirm our commitment to our customers: VCI will not implement price increases. This remains a firm and unequivocal position.
